Oatmeal Raisin Applesauce Cookies
I absolutely adore these cookies. I made a batch today (which made 2 1/2 dozen using my small cookie scoop) for preschool tomorrow. I do modify the recipe just a tad by adding 1tsp ground cinnamon, 1tsp ground ginger, and 1/3 cup whole flaxseed to the dry ingredients.
