In honor of my SIL's birthday, I offer one of her favorite treats...Buffalo Chicken Dip
3-4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled
12 oz Franks' Red Hot Sauce
2- 8 oz packages cream cheese
16 oz bleu cheese dressing
Shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
Instructions:
Mix chicken and hot sauce in a food processor until chicken is shredded and sauce is dispersed. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. In saucepan over medium heat, mix cream cheese and dressing until smooth. Pour over chicken. Top with Monterrey Jack cheese. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 min or until heated through. Let set 10-15 min before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, Fritos, celery, or carrot sticks.
