I claim very few special skills, but thanks to my darling Mimi, I do have the ability to make Chocolate Eclairs. I have no real culinary training, just hours in the kitchen with my Momma, my Mimi, and my Grandmamas, not to mention lots and lots of experimentation on my loving husband.
Tonight, at my sweet hubby's request, I tackled chocolate eclairs for the third time since moving to the tundra. Seriously, I think I've only made them a handful of times since Mimi taught me how several years ago. Now, in a matter of a few months, I've made them three times. Hmmm. I guess I'm getting generous in my old age. ;)
His coworkers get to reap the benefits of my labor tomorrow when they gather for a potluck.
Lucky them.
